so-media .co .uk was established as a Sole Trader in 2001 to provide affordable multimedia marketing materials to the new Business Market. Based in South West London so-media .co .uk have clients from all over Europe.
Customer Satisfaction is paramount to so-media .co .uk, we are aware of its significance in obtaining and maintaing our business. As such we are comitted to a system of Quality Management that provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance. Every client is offered numerous opportunities to feedback their so-media .co .uk experiences.
We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:-
- Assessing client feedback and taking action to improve our Services
- Monitoring compeititors to offer the best deals; functionally and financially.
- Extend our industry links to offer economies of scale and discounted services.
- Analysing our strengths and weaknesses and producing a development plan to build on our strengths and improve our weaknesses.
- Undertaking regular training appraisals and maintaining skills levels to industry standards
- Monitoring equality of opportunity in order to widen participation

Though the Manager has ultimate responsibility for Quality all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work so helping to ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company.
