So-Media worked with a network of over 30 leading UK charities to drive awareness of the need to change. Our video series helped trigger over 50,000 signatures to a petition for MPs to discuss and support in parliament.

So-Media were engaged to design, deploy and measure the behavioural change of its global workforce in relation to the necessary changes in the law including the design and build of a 20 minute interactive eLearning - completed by over 28,000 staff.

Localisation of our clients ERP platform meant huge inefficiencies had developed in several of their approval processes including T&E, IT requests and PO approvals. Complex, siloed tools made the process slow and confusing.

So-Media supported the redesign of the entire employee experience and subsequent deployment of a consolidated mobile app that saved staff approximately 5 minutes per approval. Within 12 weeks of launch usage was at a point that in time saving, the app was saving the business the equivalent of £25,000 every month.

72% of hospital organisations in England, Scotland and Wales do not give people access to a dedicated secondary breast cancer care nurse. Whilst 70% of hospital organisations across the UK do not assess people’s emotional and physical needs when diagnosed with secondary, incurable breast cancer and as their treatment changes.

So-Media helped to capture the real life stories of 5 women living with secondary breast cancer supporting this charities campaign to change the need for a secondary support package.

This campaign was awarded silver in the EVCOM Clarion Awards.

This US based organisation were looking at evolving their internal Diversity and Inclusion Programme. 

So-Media were engaged to help shape the structure of the programme and define a rolling 12 month staff engagement calendar. Our creative team also developed the internal employee brand.
